[SOLVED] Failed to Establish the connection to the server. Kindly restart the Emsigner - GST Portal

I have a lot messages from tax payers and professionals seeking the solution to the error “Failed to establish connection to the server. Kindly restart the Emsigner Click here to troubleshoot.” A lot of professionals reported this issue which they are getting while registering a new DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) on the GST Portal and they also tried troubleshooting the issue, which didn’t help at all.

Therefore, in this we’re going to try to solve the issue with multiple solutions: But before we start talking about the GST DSC Registration Error, please keep following important points on mind: 
Try restarting your PC / Laptop after you try each and every solution Try restarting the browser or try some different browser Chrome, Mozila, Safari etc. Try changing your Internet Connection from Wifi to Mobile Hotspot to LAN wired connection.

Install the latest version of Emsigner from the GST Portal Install the latest version of Java.asp

Solution 1: 

1. Firstly, Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features >Uninstall Program and uninstall all DSC token software from your PC / Laptop like Trustkey, ePass, WD Proxkey etc.

2. Secondly, uninstall the emSigner software.

3 Update 'Chrome' Browser withthe latest version from their website 

4.Then Go to Chrome Settings menu by (There may some slight variations in Chrome Menus in different versions) In Chrome : 
Settings>Advances Settings /Show Advanced Settings(menu seen at the bottom)  > Content / Content Settings  > Java / Java Script/Java Settings > Exception / Manage exceptions > Then in the web site entry column / Host name Pattern entry column (example.com) > Click Add Button ( if shows - in some Chrome versions don't have this 'Add' button) Then...... replace the 'example.com' with the following address http://127.0.0.1:1645 and don’t change the status as 'Allow' ( If it shows status as ' Block / Blocked' change to 'Allow' / 'Allowed' ) press "Enter' key.  Then 'OK' 

5. Now you’re required to Install latest version of emSignor from GST website by logging with user id and passwordfrom the link provided at Update / DSC menu on Dash Board . - IMPORTANT 6. After installation 'Right click' on the desktop icon of the emSignor and select 'Run As Administrator'. 7. Then insert the DSC USB Tokens and install the concerned software related to the DSC issuing Authority.


Solution 2: 

1. Install latest Java and Emsigner. 

2. Quit the Emsigner from system tray icon. 

3. Run CMD (as admin) and copy paste the following command: netsh interface port proxy add v4tov4 listenport=1645 listenaddress=127.0.0.1 connectport=1585 connectaddress=127.0.0.1 

4 Open Chrome - settings - advanced - content settings - javascript - under allow tab click "add" on right side - and add these two addresses- 

https://127.0.0.1:1585 and also https://120.0.0.1:1585 

5. Run Chrome and open link 

https://127.0.0.1:1585 on advanced link click proceed 

6. Run Emsigner as administrator. Please share what other issues you’re facing with the GST Portal and we will try to find the most appropriate solutions to the same.

एक बार कि बात है एक संत थे, वे अक्सर यात्रा पर रहते थे और उनका नियम था कि वे ऐसे ही लोगों के घर आश्रय लेते थे, जिनका आचार-विचार अच्छा हो और घर पवित्र हो। इस बार उन्होंने वृन्दावन जाने का सोचा लेकिन पहुँचने से पहले ही जब वो कुछ मील की दूरी पर थे तब रात हो चूकि थी। तो उन्होंने सोचा जिस रास्ते पर चल रहे थे उसे गांव में रात बिता लेता हूं और सवेरे जल्दी उठकर फिर से अपनी यात्रा को शुरू कर दूंगा । अब अपने नियम अनुसार उनको ऐसा घर खोजना था जो उनके रहने लायक हो। उन्होंने इस बारे में कुछ लोगों से पूछताछ की तो किसी ने उन्हें बताया कि ब्रज के पास वाले गाँव के सभी लोग धार्मिक है व कृष्ण के परम भक्त है। संत उस गाँव गये और एक व्यक्ति के घर का द्वार खटखटाया और कहा, भाई मैं थोडा विश्राम करना चाहता हूँ तो क्या मैं आपके घर रात बिता सकता हूँ? लेकिन मेरा एक नियम हैं कि मैं केवल उसी के घर का भोजन और पानी ग्रहण करता हूँ जिसके घर का आचार विचार शुद्ध हो।

इस पर उस व्यक्ति ने कहा, महाराज माफ़ कीजिये मैं तो इस गांव का तुच्छ सा इंसान हूं। लेकिन इस गांव के सभी लोग मुझसे कही ज्यादा पवित्र है। फिर भी यदि आप मेरे घर में रुकेगे तो मै खुद को भाग्यशाली मानूंगा। इस पर संत कुछ नहीं बोले और आगे बढ़ गये, आगे जाकर एक और व्यक्ति से उन्होंने रात बिताने के लिए विनती की। तो इस दूसरे व्यक्ति ने कहा, महाराज मैं खुद को इतना पवित्र नहीं मानता जितना इस गांव के बाकि सभी लोग है। फिर भी यदि आप मेरे घर में रुकेगे तो मै मुझे बहुत खूशी होगी। संत फिर बिना कुछ बोले आगे बढ़ गए। अब आगे जिसके भी घर गये सभी ने लगभग यही बात बोली।

अब संत को अपनी खुद ही सोच पर लज्जा महसूस होने लगी कि वो एक संत होकर, दूसरो को छोटा समझने की इतनी छोटी सोच रखते है। जबकि एक आम आदमी जो गृहस्थ है वो अपने परिवार के जिम्मेदारियों को निभाते हुए भी कितना उत्तम आचरण लिए हुए है कि खुद को गांव का सबसे छोटा बता रहा है और दूसरें सभी को खुद से बेहतर! अब वे सबसे पहले वाले आदमी के पास गये और उससे कहा, माफ़ कीजिये, मुझे लगता है इस गांव का हर एक आदमी पवित्र है लेकिन मैं आपके घर रुकना चाहूंगा | दोस्तों ये कहानी हमें विनम्र रहने की सीख देती है। खुद को छोटा समझना और दूसरों से अपनी तुलना नहीं करना ही आपको असल जिन्दगी में महान आचरण वाला बनाता है।साभार

Happiness.. every one is aware with it but still don’t know the right meaning of it. Really the god give us this life once and why we are all in a big hurry that we don’t have the time to be happy for our self.


its the true way of our life to live it, to rock it and to make it so loving that everyone must have a desire to be.

all the people in this world want to be happy then why are not trying to get it. its a specific thing that has no side effects.

Apple Tree and Man

Take a nap under the shadow.


He loved the tree,the tree was so happy!

Time went by……..

One day, the boy came back to the tree

The tree said “come & play with me”

“I am no longer a kid , I do not play around a tree anymore”

“I want toys. I need money to buy them”

sorry, but I do not have money……but you can pick all my apples and sell them.

so, you will have money.

The boy was so excited.He grabbed all the apples on the tree

and left happily.

The tree was happy.

The boy never came back after picked the apples.

The tree was sad.

One day , the boy who now turned into a man returned

and the tree was excited. ” Come & play with me” the tree said.

I do not have time to play. I have to work for my Family. We need a house

for shelter. can you help me?

“Sorry , but I do not have any house. but you can chop off my branches

to build your house”.

So the man cut all the branches of the trees and left happily.

The tree was glad to see him happy but the man never came back

since then.

The tree was again lonely and sad.

One hot summer day , the man returned and the tree was Delighted.

“Come & play with me!” the tree said.

“I am getting old. I want to go sailing to relax myself. Can you give me a boat?”

Said the man.

“Use my trunk to build your”, the tree said, ” you can sail far away & be happy”.

So the man cut the tree trunk to make a boat. He went sailing and never showed

up for a long time.

The tree was happy , but it was not true.

Finally, the man returned after many years. ” Sorry my boy. But I do not have

anything for you anymore. No more apples for you……” the tree said.

“No problem I do not have any teeth to bite” man replied…….

” No more trunk for you to climb on ” ” I am too old for that now” the man said.

” I really cannot give you anything… the only thing left is my dying roots” the tree said with tears.

” I do not need much now , just a place to rest . I am tired after all these years” the man replied.

“Good ! old tree roots are the best place to lean on and rest , come , come sit down with me and rest” .

The man sat down and the tree was glad and smiled with tears………..
